Please allow 2 - 10 working days for dispatch as all purchases are made to order, the creation process will affect the dispatch time. All orders that are dispatched will have a tracking number emailed to them for tracking. If you have a request for a particular date please contact us hello@keepsgettingbetter.co.uk to see if we can meet your deadline.

Collection is also possible - but on made to order items we still require the 2 - 10 working days to ensure that the item is made ready for pick up.

Currently we do not ship internationally but if this is something that you would like to discuss we can arrange custom deliveries for international shipping.   

Returns

From receipt of your order you have 14 days to return new/unused items in the original packaging. All returns must be arranged beforehand by contacting us at hello@keepsgettingbetter.co.uk quoting your order number, detailing the unwanted items and whether you would like to exchange the item or a refund to be processed. All refunds and exchanges outside of the stated timescale will be at our discretion.

All returns must be sent to the address below with your order number. If your order number is not included then our returns department are unable to process any exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges
You can exchange your items within 14 days, as long as the new item is the same price or less than the original product you ordered. If the new product is less we will refund the difference. However, if the new product is more we will issue a refund and a new order will need to be placed.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted to exchange for, then a refund will be issued instead.

All replacements will be sent to the default delivery address on your account - we can’t send a replacement to an address that’s not your default delivery address unless agreed prior.

Return Costs
For refunds and exchanges customers are responsible for return postage costs, but don’t worry we cover the costs to get your exchanged items sent back to you.
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please get in touch and we can get this sorted.
Just remember, the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and we recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Please note - On custom/event/pre-order items we may not always be able to offer a refund. (Please check prior to purchasing).

Sizes may vary between different styles and designs so be sure to check sizing guidelines when available.
